Responsibilities :
Reporting
- Report to the Operations Executive and/or other key personnel assigned by the company.
Warehouse Operations
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in the warehouse.
- Receive incoming goods, check for damage, and verify discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Pick orders, pack, receive, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
- Maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records; retrieve stored information to respond to inquiries.
Inventory Management
- Perform routine clerical activities such as updating stock cards and inventory records.
- Complete receipts, transfers, delivery, and dispatch forms accurately.
Housekeeping
- Conduct weekly housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Ad-Hoc Activities
- Undertake ad-hoc supply chain activities and assignments as required.
