- To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements, with other trades such as architectural & M&E works with BQ Tender and AutoCAD Knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with objectives and tender documents. • Ensure the reliability of outside contractors. • Meet objectives (cost, quality, deadlines).
- To ensure all documents are submitted with proper transmittal and all documents are properly recorded and filed by the Document Controller.
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
- Liaise with consultants, client & main/sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement and work progress supervision
- Planning for workers schedule, control the cost, implementation and developing for Safety, Healthand environmental for the projects.
- Willing to work Construction project may be Long Hrs.
