Responsibilities
- Understand and promote medical aesthetic, spa and other healthcare and wellness services
- Handle high value sales. Achieve personal and company sales targets
- Promote to new customers and maintain strong relationship with existing customers, providing warm follow-up and after sales service
- Set-up daily treatment and sales planning with medical doctors and therapists
- Handle enquiries from potential customers accordingly to Company SOP
- Attend to front desk duties, support operations and inventory management.
- Provide hands-on treatment assistance to medical doctors
- Build a cohesive team, lead a team of therapists and supervise them to achieve high customer service standards and meet sales target
- Work cohesively and closely with other affiliate companies for cross-selling
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good written and spoken English, good spoken Mandarin (in order to handle Mandarin speaking customers.)
- Demonstrates good personal sales track record preferrably in medi-spa / aesthetics medical clinic
- Hands on treatment experience advantageous.
- Results driven and service oriented
- Strong aptitude in sales promotional techniques
- Possess leadership skills
- Confident and well-groomed
- Uniform provided
