Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and revising contracts with customers, vendors, suppliers, partners, for all entities
- Performing editing, proofreading, and formatting of legal documents, while facilitating the signing and notarization process
- Establishing and maintaining contract management systems and databases to ensure efficient access and retrieval
- Documenting all changes and amendments during contract execution
- Ensuring compliance with both external regulations and internal organizational standards for legal and regulatory records
- Providing support for audits, inspections, divestitures, due diligence, and litigation activities
- Preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications
- Fulfilling other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal contract management, and/or administration
- Prior hands-on experience with contracts, regulatory compliance, and PDPA
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in reviewing documents in Chinese
- Ability to articulate legal issues clearly and convincingly
- Experience with Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) or comparable systems is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is advantageous
