Job Description:
- Responsible for seeking potential business opportunities, which requires a good eye for detail, analysis, and judgement
- Develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, product offering
- Participates in product development and improvement programs, providing first-hand, experience-based market intelligence on customer requirements, product performance, and other key factors, and providing voice of customer inputs
- Locates potential business by targeted segment. Develop strategic customer sales / marketing plans and participates in business planning
- Develop and maintain key relationships with end users
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years working experience
- You must have previous experience of a similar role, be a strong team player, good eye for detail and have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with management to partners to associate across the ASIA PACIFIC network
- You must be motivated for sales, have the prospecting skills, understanding customer needs, have the high energy level, meeting or exceeding sales goals and most importantly keep the professionalism
- You must be fluent in speaking, reading, writing and listening in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Able to travel frequently (anticipated 50% - 70% of normal work period) and able to work independently with overseas' clients
