Requirements:
- Attained Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Lead generation: source and create a pool of potential clients through networking, research, cold calling, etc.
- Identify potential new clients in various industries.
- Understand and identify quality referral leads.
- Manage client expectations and introduce our services and solutions to clients.
- Coordinate and liaise with our experienced recruiters.
- Negotiate the contract terms and preferential service fee with clients.
