Responsibilities:
a) Technical support services for DevSecOps/Integrated Application Lifecycle Management (iALM) system;
b) Monitor and maintain iALM applications and its infrastructure in production and non-production environment;
c) Troubleshoot and resolve iALM incidents raised by users as per SLA;
d) Create DevSecOps workflows based on the ALM workflows;
e) Set up new user’s accounts and profiles;
f) Liaises with the iALM product IT support when necessary;
g) Ensure integration and connectivity of iALM with other systems;
h) Provide training for users on updated iALM workflows, features and recommend best practices;
i) Support users to publish documents and create templates;
j) Migrate from iALM applications to the recommended tools;
k) Recommend optimal processes and workflows customised achieve better system performance;
l) Review and update user guide on new application features and its usage;
m) Report weekly status on issues status and system resources utilisation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
a) Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering;
b) Technical skills in scripting for iALM applications, GitLab, Jira, Confluence and other DevSecOps tools;
c) Understanding of Software Development Life cycle (SDLC)/QAprocesses;
d) 2 years experience maintaining DevSecOps system/ALM application such as Microfocus/OpenText solutions will be added advantage;
e) Good Analytical And Problem Solving Skills;
f) Worked in a user-centric environment with focus on quality delivery.
g) Ability to work with minimal supervision under tight schedules.
h) Able to work well both independently and in a team;
i) Good written and verbal communication skills; and
j) Good communication skills;
