Job Description & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES :·
. Coordinate with various government/utility agency for initial site clearance.·
. Liaise with all agencies and authorities such as LTA, Town Councils, PUB, SPPG, SP PowerGas, NParks, Starhub & Singtel, M1 and etc to facilitate the work progress.·
. Review, plan and schedule the site activities for diversion works·
. To coordinate with client/ consultants / QP (S)on any discrepancy on drawings or specifications·
. Conduct site inspection from time to time
. Report on daily issues to Construction Manager.
. To coordinate subcontractor meeting for utilities work·
. To obtain approval and official submission from relevant authorities for any services diversion and traffic diversion within the work site·
. Supervise excavation related work related to utility.
. Supervise civil works
REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :·
.Tertiary Education in Civil Engineering fields· Min 5 years related experience in relevant fields with at least 2 years experience in coordination with utilities agencies for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works.· . . .Able to work shift works when required
