Job Description:
- Perform the full spectrum of HR duties
- Ensure company HR policies are in compliance with the local labour regulations
- Plan and participate in recruitment events and corporate events
- Execute the learning programs.
- Arrange business travel such as air-ticket booking, hotel, local transport etc
- Prepare weekly and monthly report of office operation/recruitment activities.
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Good knowledge of MOM law regulations, Employment Act and employment practices in Singapore
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good working attitude, honest, integrity
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese associates
