Job Description:
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase items for FOH & BOH’s need.
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specification’s requirement for the project.
- Handling shipping documents for oversea purchases with suppliers and forwarders.
- Ensure minimum stock level of warehouse, process transfer requests from warehouse to outlets and month end stock count.
- Follow up on discrepancies on delivered items vs ordered items.
- Execute assigned projects and regular reporting.
- Handle administrative and other adhoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant fields with at least 2 years of procurement experience.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and meet tight timelines and KPIs.
- Possesses strong analytical, communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, business acumen and contract drafting skills.
