Job Duties:
· Ensure good customer experience, satisfaction and customer loyalty.
· Ensure the smooth running of the coffeeshop operations in line with the company’s business objectives.
· To ensure that all equipment and in-store facilities conform to sanitary regulations ensuring strict compliance with MOH’s legislation and company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
· At least 2 years working experience as OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR in Coffeeshop.
