Job Scope:
· Responsible for root cause analysis when equipment issues arise. Suggest corrective and preventative actions to minimize equipment downtime.
· Responsible for commissioning new or upgrading equipment. Draft and maintain technical documents after new equipment testing.
· Involve in new process or material testing until its production delivery.
· Responsible for integrating and maintaining jig, fixtures and sensors systems.
· Plan proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
· Maintain proper documentation of maintenance reports and checklists.
· Assist production supervisor on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their facilitator.
· Assist management team to drive a culture of continuous improvement in productivity and quality output, ensuring engagement and involvement of CI throughout the entire production cycle.
· Any other ad hoc duties required by supervisor/manager
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Higher NITEC in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering. Entry level are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
· Ability to work effectively with other teams.
· Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
· Have basic understanding of electrical systems and PLC.
· Willing to work in fast paced environment.
· Willing to perform manual hands-on work and handle production when necessary.
· Proficient in both Chinese and English language
