Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer with a minimum of 5 years in the industry, preferably with a background in membrane technology and water treatment processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining water treatment systems, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:Design and develop water treatment processes using membrane technology to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operational issues related to water treatment systems.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate system performance, making adjustments and improvements as necessary to maintain optimal operation.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for water treatment systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all water treatment processes comply with relevant environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and maintenance, to develop innovative solutions and improve processes
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on water treatment and membrane technology.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of membrane filtration technologies (e.g., reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration).
- Proficiency in process simulation software
- Familiarity with water quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, including budget and resource management
