【Job Role】
- Develop business plans, financial targets, and budgets.
- Collaborate with various departments to support top management decisions.
- Monitor and report on financial and management indicators.
- Ensure compliance with internal rules and suggest improvements.
- Enhance financial skills and capability development programs.
【Requirements】
- Over 7 years of experience in financial planning
- Business-level English proficiency or higher (required for internal and external communication)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge to deepen understanding of company finances
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Flexible and energetic personality
- More than conversation level of Japanese language (required for internal and external communication)
- Experience in the construction and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industries (preferred)
- Experience working in Japanese multinational corporations (preferred)
【Others】
・Salary: S$6500-9500
・Working hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (including 1-hour break)
*Must be accessible by mobile phone on holidays in case of emergencies
・Bonus: AWS
・Annual Leave: 13 days~
・Medical Leave: 14 days
