Job Responsibilities :
- Handle and support the HR Manager the day-to-day HR function
- Generate HR Letters (i.e., Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion & etc.)
- Assist in monthly payroll, CPF and Income Tax submission
- Work closely with operations and finance dept on payroll and billing matters
- Administer work injury compensation, MOM reporting and Insurance claims
- Maintain accurate HR database and update employee records in HR information system
- Follow up and ensure that all staff’s employment status ie. Conversion, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination, dismissal etc are process with proper documentation in a timely manner.
- Processing insurance, medical claim on a timely manner
- Work pass application, cancellation etc.
- Coordinate training and development need for employees
- Training grant submission
- Handles administrative work in our mobile apps
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR Function
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices
- Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Highly adaptable and able to perform a variety of fast and change assignments quickly on short notice
- Independent, proactive, and problem solver
