- Drive the sales of Engineering and R&D services across South East Asia;
- Meet and exceed the sales target aligned with the leadership team;
- Build a pipeline of more than 24 million USD and meet annual sales target;
- Build and nuture management customer in the region, guide and mentor the team to grow the region;
- Establish and build reputable credentials for the organisation in the region.
Requirements:
- More than 15 years of IT and engineering services sales experience;
- Exposure and direct connections in the South East Asia region;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Understand various manufacturing verticals like oil & gas, FMCG, petrochemicals, automotive, industrial products, semiconductor, medical devices;
- Degree in Engineering, MBA from reputable institutions preferred.
