- Report to Procurement Manager
- Perform full spectrum of procurement activities
- Negotiate with vendors on commerical Purchase Order terms and conditions, pricing and delivery date to meet
project schedule
- Assist in process of procurement, generate, validate and maintain change of Purchase Order System according
to project needs
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased
- Input and maintain data in procurement related tools and applications
- Source and on-board potential suppliers where required and to follow correct procedures and documentation
when engaging suppliers
- Ensure that all assigned supplier contracts are up to date and all records are save appropriately
- Support and maintain quality management system (ISO 9001)
- Assist of the office IT co-ordination matters with external technical support for troubleshooting, all PC hardware
and software assets management, email set-ups
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior or procurement manager
