Job Description:
- Monitor and take charge of new Coretrade registrations and renewals, and handle CSOC new certifications and recertifications and others course arrangement.
- Verify eligibility criteria for new Coretrade applicants.
- Generate and submit monthly reports on monthly course/training activities.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) and PICs to schedule upcoming staff training sessions.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) that related to training.
- Organize various training sessions, including Coretrade, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), and other specialized courses.
- Arrange for Boom Lift, SMRT SOC new and renewal certifications, OSHA, CQM, and Rope Access courses.
- Verify and update training records in the employee P-File.
- Coordinate and manage monthly internal training sessions.
- Prepare internal training cost reports for Finance and ensure accurate billing to the company.
- Research and compare training academies to find more cost-effective options.
- Prepare and issue training certificates and manage certificate collection lists.
- Support QAQC Manager with QA preparation tasks and site inspection.
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as requested by the HOD.
