Responsibilities
- Responsible for logistic administration including data entry into system, ensure data accuracy and issuance of Purchase Order
- Maintenance of records of procurement, sales activities and business contracts
- Support logistical activities to ensure timely and efficient response to clients
- Working closely with internal teams in the organisation to optimize office operations for efficiency
- Coordination of allocation of products for inventory and shipments for delivery
- Resolution of shipment and inventory issues
- Recording shipment data for stock reporting and accounting
- Reviewing operations procedures and plans for process improvements
- Provide administrative and office management support whenever required
- Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics and supply chain environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management system
- Meticulous, analytical with strong organizational skills
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
