Title: Training Officer

Job Summary:
Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Training Officer to deliver impactful training in Activities of Daily Living, Community Living, and Social and Recreational Skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, coordinate, and implement planned daily programme and its activities.
- Daily supervision, assisting and monitoring members in the various activities both outside or within the centre, and ensuring safety of all members and volunteers.
- Assess new members on their trial, identify their needs and potential, and to write post trial evaluation report.
- Work with member’s families as required and to keep them updated regarding their child / ward progress.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O Levels/ Diploma Holders.
- Experience in this special need sector is preferred,
- Computer literacy skills – MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
