Responsibilities
- Administrative duties: organisation of documents, filing and shredding
- Tagging of files numbering
- Coordinate and manage the storage/retrieval of archived files
- Provide support in handling corporate secretarial matters
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field
- MS Office (knowledge of basic MsWords and Excel)
- Meticulous and possess good organisation skill
- Communication Skills and able to understand English language
- Willing to learn
Part-Time, 3-5 days/week, 10.00am-6.00pm
Hourly Rate - $11/hr
