Senior FP&A Manager
Our client is looking for a professional to support the Finance Director (APAC) in driving key initiatives, including consolidation, business analyses, earnings call prep, leadership presentations, and special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate, analyze, and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and commercial spend, providing timely insights into key variances.
- Identify and implement corrective actions, collaborating with country Commercial Leaders and Finance teams to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with Divisional and Country Finance teams to ensure accurate financial closes, forecast reviews, and adherence to annual operating plans.
- Create standardized financial reports and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support high-profile regional projects as needed.
- Manage the program for the APAC Finance Organization office.
- Develop presentations from initial concepts to final deliverables.
- Focuses on enhancing forecast accuracy, supporting monthly closings, managing the annual AOP, and providing insights to drive regional growth
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, financial modeling, and consolidation tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 10 years and more of experience as a financial or business analyst in a multinational corporation
- Strong finance, accounting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Hyperion (HFM).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of management.
- Demonstrated professionalism, thought leadership, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
