The purpose of this role is to enable the delivery of on-time, inspiring, accurate personalized development reports, development recommendations and development content, and to lead the project management of Talent Engagement Programs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires significant stakeholder interface, liaising with clients, the Strategic Talent Team and other stakeholders across the business school.
This role will be based in Singapore and will be primarily focused on talent programs in the Asian and Oceanic region, but will be part of a global team. The role holder will be invited to participate in regular global meetings, mostly virtual but face-to-face on occasion. The role has a line manager based in Singapore and a dotted line manager in Europe..
Assessment and Data
- Support the development of assessment tools and personalized reports by designing and delivering the collection, analysis and effective flow of data to generate scores, personalized recommendations and targeted learning journeys
- Enable the automation of accurate, on-time report production by consolidating, reviewing, testing and facilitating data flow between different types of assessment tools, reports and developmental recommendations
- Contribute to the delivery of on-time and accurate reports by ensuring scoring and data processing is completed according to project timelines and reports are distributed through the appropriate channels
- Analyze data to ensure reports are producing relevant and accurate insights, including:
- Updating and applying norms
- Changing scoring and reporting algorithms
- Improving field descriptions and variable descriptions
- Conducting core analyses to contribute to validation studies and research
- Providing feedback regarding metatext and personalization
- Deliver and improve the visualization and delivery of data including:
- Portals
- Dashboards
- Reports
- Learning journeys
- Other systems, such as SalesForce
- Tableau
Talent Engagement Project Management:
- To coordinate and manage all activities across the Talent Program (which may span two months or two years), using relevant project management tools to ensure the delivery of program activities on-time and on-budget
- To maintain the overall project for all Talent Programs, in order to identify constraints, critical paths and crunches and to address these proactively
- Talent Engagement Operations and Client Engagement
- To manage Talent Program operations across the customer journey, including proactively setting up internal and external meetings, preparing and distributing required materials and managing action logs and notes post-meetings. Talent Programs often involve multiple stakeholder, multiple meetings across multiple time zones.
- Taking an active and direct role to engage with clients in order to support the delivery of talent programs and the delight of customers
Data and Presentation Preparation:
- Prepare graphs and insights based on analysis of data and review outputs with Senior Talent Manager/AD
- Prepare narrative presentations to communicate key insights about cohorts and organizations based on the analysis of available talent data
- Present data and insights to clients with the support of Senior Talent Manager/AD
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing data flow across multiple sources and systems. Experience in a client-facing role requiring regular client interface, both proactive and reactive, and the development of strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a talent development environment, either consultancy or in-house. Project management, with robust experience managing multiple projects simultaneously using established project management methodologies to ensure on-time delivery. Managing the satisfaction of compliance, legal or regulatory requirements (e.g. consent, security, GDPR, right to work, etc.) would be an advantage. A high level of comfort with technology and digital is essential, while full training will be provided in the specific systems that you will be using
You must be comfortable working with IT systems and be able to adapt well with new software or applications. To excel in the role, you should be meticulous, organized and have good communication and coordination skills to ensure efficient communication within the team and when interacting with external clients.
