Critical Success Factor
- Interest to develop expertise in IT Infrastrucutre with in an IT Services operations capacity
- At least 1 year in technical IT related role(s) and wishes to continue to grow
- Interest in building up infrastructure capabilities and knowledge with a global large scale / high value brand
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting Network Infrastructure services.
- Manage infrastructure network or security projects, including their design, deployment, and monitoring
- Monitor network system status and review service provider invoices for usage, errors, and inconsistencies, and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and transition solutions for production-level operations
