Role Overview
- The HR Assistant will support the HR department in maintaining smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing filing systems, handling HR databases, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure the HR team remains organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily HR operations and tasks.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation and coordinating logistics.
- Conduct orientations and update records for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and current employee records and assist with administrative tasks related to daily operations.
- Manage and support team members with daily operational needs.
- Assist with the processing of monthly overtime and allowances (if applicable) for employees.
- Stay informed about the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
- Knowledgeable in work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
