Senior Human Resource Executive

Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive HR Generalist experience and have a strong background in HR data analytics. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze critical HR KPIs, interpret employee engagement survey results, monitor market trends including competitor activities, and assist in the enhancement of our HR evaluation systems. The Senior HR Executive will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and implementing strategic changes to optimize our workforce management and overall organizational performance.



Key Responsibilities:

HR Data Analytics:
Conduct in-depth analyses of HR data, including turnover rates, recruitment metrics, compensation trends, and employee performance.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Identify trends and correlations in HR data to inform strategic HR initiatives and interventions.


KPI Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze critical HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and policies.
Prepare comprehensive reports on HR metrics, including workforce productivity, employee satisfaction, and retention rates.
Provide recommendations based on KPI analysis to drive continuous improvement.


Employee Engagement Surveys:
Assist in designing and administering employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
Analyze survey results to identify key areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement action plans to address feedback and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Market and Competitor Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor HR practices to ensure our HR strategies are competitive and effective.
Provide insights on market movements and competitor activities to support strategic planning and decision-making.


HR Evaluation System Improvement:
Evaluate the effectiveness of current HR evaluation systems and processes.
Recommend and implement changes to enhance performance management, talent development, and employee evaluations.
Collaborate with HR team members and management to ensure the HR evaluation system aligns with organizational goals and best practices.


Strategic HR Support:
Partner with leadership to support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Assist in managing complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate training and development programs to support organizational growth and employee development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; and/or HR certification preferred.
Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Generalist and in a senior HR role.
Strong proficiency in HR data analytics, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
In-depth knowledge of HR metrics, employee engagement methodologies, and market analysis.
Proven track record in improving HR systems and processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
