HR & Admin Specialist

Cpm/pacific (private) Limited

· Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll processing, as well as the insurance and benefits.

· Manage work passes which include application, renewal and cancellation.

· Manage of employee insurance claim.

· Manage and report employee complaints and issues.

· Submission of all government and related claims e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS make-up claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, and etc.

· Plans, develops and implements staff recruitment. Arranges for advertising of job openings, screening resumes, arrange interviews of applicants, arranges on-boarding process of new employees, and provides information on conditions of service, pay and promotional opportunities.

· Provides support to the rest of Human Resources Team of CPM when needed

· Implement the performance review process to the local team according to the corporate guidance.

· Delivers effective reporting and analytics on all aspects of Human Resources.

· Develops, plans and formulates corporate agreements, offer letters, and other employee documentation.

· Provides advice and information to management on HR information needs.

· Supports travel and expense systems.

· Supports legal department administrative needs.

· Manage and oversee the office administration functions, including the procurement of office supplies, license renewal and other office related issues.


Required Skills/Abilities:


· Minimum diploma/ degree in HR Management or equivalent qualification.

· A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

· Ability to keep information confidential.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly communicate changes and tailor their message to the audience.

· Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.

· Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product (ADP preferred)
