Key Task Responsibilities:
General Operations & Management
• Assist in overseeing office and warehouse operations and services and ensuring supporting documents at each stage of work flow are properly prepared
• Monitor the departmental budget and ensure activities remain on schedule and within budget
• Provide administrative assistance to senior executives, including handling of ad hoc tasks
• Main liaison in system support with Shopify, Vend and other key operational software
• Preparing company wide memo
• Assist with creation of new products in the company system
• Management of company barcode system
Retail Operations
• Engage and be the first point of contact with landlords and other vendors on all retail operations related matters
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth operations at all outlets
• Developing and refining operational policies, ensuring consistency across all activities and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhance productivity
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient store management
Sales & Marketing Operations
• Assist with ecommerce operational activities including customer service, fulfilment support and listing support on ecommerce platforms
• Liaison with warehouse on all delivery related and customer issues
• Provide operational support on existing B2B clients, including ad-hoc logistic support for bulk delivery of goods and monitoring of consignee inventory levels
• Assist with sourcing new B2B prospects
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years related working experience in retail industry.
- Good interpersonal skills, independent and motivated team player
- Able to multi-task, manage various operations simultaneously, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and effective communication
