· Facilitates Leave Administration such as Annual, Medical, Hospitalization, Compassionate, Childcare &
Maternity Leaves.
· Facilitates issuance of Company Letters / Testimonials
· Maintain & update employee information into ERP System / P-File
· Submission of Government paid Childcare Claim.
· Responsible for application, renewal and cancellation of Work passes on a timely manner.
· Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
· Provide clerical and administrative support to Director
· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
· Responsible for onboarding & exit clearance of employee
· Dealing with email enquiries
· Submission of Levy Waiver
· Arrange dormitory check-in & check-out
· Purchase flight tickets
· Assisting with employee Timesheet and payroll
· Monitor new Ministry of Manpower/Government Policies
· Any other ad hoc duties assigned
