Position: Store Manager
Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 + Monthly Allowance + Commission + AWS + VB
Location: Multiple Location
Working Hours / Days: Retail Hours
Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the team on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and best practices.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Promote our brand’s beauty products to customers, highlighting the benefits and features to drive sales.
- Conduct skincare consultations and product demonstrations to educate and assist customers in selecting the right products.
- Analyze business performance and provide insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Possess a GCE “N” Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in preferably in the Beauty Industry.
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, driven & possess initiative.
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry.
