You will be responsible for anchoring HR operations and serving as a key support to the business. Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for anchoring HR operations, including quality delivery of essential HR services (talent acquisition, C&B, L&D, performance management, payroll support etc.)
- Support and work closely with business stakeholders to support business expansion.
- Lead and facilitate HR transformation initiatives, including establishment of COE functions, SOPs, policies etc.
- Champion employee engagement and Company culture initiatives, reinforcement of internal communication and employee relations.
- Analyse trends/metrics and establishment of data dashboard; developing integrated solutions value-added analytics.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience of 6 to 8 years as a generalist or HR operations, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in F&B industry advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to lead a lean but fast-growing team
- Knowledge of MOM and payroll regulations
- Team player, with a keen eye on details
