Financial Reporting / Management & Reviews
· Prepare payments
· Co-ordinate with Operation Team to issue sales invoice
· Monitor AR collection and update daily collection status on a timely manner
· Co-ordinate with Operation Team to verify vendors’ invoices against valid supporting documents
· Check staff reimbursement claims against valid supporting documents
· Preparation of timely and accurate management accounts
· Preparation of full sets of financial reports
· Prepare and submit quarterly GST return on a timely manner
· Prepare monthly analysis through powerpoint slides to management and stakeholders as well as attend to ad-hoc queries/requests
· Manage working capital effectively by preparing monthly cash flow projection
· Ensure reports are prepared in accordance to statutory requirements
· Responsible for yearly budgeting and forecasting
· Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management
Audit and Taxation
· Assisting in statutory audit and tax filing matters for respective entities including liaising with professionals
· Responsible for drafting of financial statements for respective entities
· Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations and timelines
Human Resource
· Manage new hire onboarding and leaver offboarding
· Payroll preparation
· IR8A and CPF submission
Requirements:
· Finance / Accountancy Degree or other professional Accountancy qualification.
· A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in audit as well as handling full Spectrum of Finance and Accounting function
· Experienced in handling external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities
· Hands on full set accounting experience
· Technically strong in accounting, finance, treasury management and control, able to make knowledgeable operational decisions and appropriate recommendations to management and work under pressure
· Meticulous and detailed
· Committed and able to work independently without supervision
· Proactive attitude, problem solver
· Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbook and MYOB
