. Assist SM on all C&S techincal coordination and oversee all works on site
. Reporting to Main Contractor pertaining the weekly progress report , schedule and proposals method to resolve technical issue
. Co ordinate with Consultant / Main Contractor for M & E and Architectural issue related to structural element
. Preparation of RFIs / RFAs for Consultant approval through Main Contractor Design Manager
. Control concrete wastage and monitoring of rebar order and delivery
. Work closly with site operation team to avoid any abortive work
. Provision and control of documentation such as drawing register ,RFI/RFAs register,sub con document etc...
. Preparartion of supporting document for Progress Claim and Variation Order.
. Logistics works for the building materials as per contract.
