Oversee daily cleaning and sanitization operations and general areas.
Develops and executes cleaning and sanitization activity as per schedule.
Coordinate with client and other stakeholders for any ad-hoc activities.
Ensure materials consumption within planned budget and forecast.
Ensure all cleaning records are accurate and complete with proper documentation.
To oversee daily cleaning issue & rectify the problem to prevent reoccurrence.
To oversee a group of cleaners & ensure smooth cleaning operation.
Ensure all statutory and government rules and regulations are being adhered to within the scope of work being undertaken.
On a weekly or as needs basis, report to the Operations Manager and discuss works that require completion. Attend weekly, or as required meetings with Operations Manager to assess current progress.
Preferred personnel to be responsible, independent, can multitask & well spoken.
