Main Responsibilities
- Provide training and education for the retail team to deliver sincere and authentic service to build brand reputation
- Conduct Orientation trainings for new retail hires to align on basic store operations, policies and SOPs
- Conduct core training sessions using various training methods to engage the retail team, including hands-on and interactive activities
- Execute and pass on training program for store leaders to train their teams in all store operations SOPs
- Evaluate individual performances and provide feedback on employees, both positive and constructive post-training
- Prepare monthly post-training reports on training programs effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps from customer feedback and staff complaints; and determine further training needs and programs
- Build an effective training calendar to oversee training curriculum
- Maintain and update the training tracker to ensure targeted completion for team
- Maintain an accurate database of training materials by for market relevance
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances)
- Oversee and manage training costs against budgets
- Ensure KPIs are met
Requirements
- Experience in retail industry and training
- Strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills
