Trust Recruit is expanding and we are looking to setup our sister brand, Trust Search which will be focusing in executive search dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies. As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior/Principal Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an exciting pioneer team to build and grow brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Business Development:**
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the executive search market – focusing on industry verticals such as Fintech, AI, Technology and HR (but not limited, we are always keen to speak to hungry individuals who wants to build up their own desk!)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to promote the brand and generate new leads.
2. **Client Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and excellent client service.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their requirements, provide market insights, and offer strategic advice on talent acquisition.
3. **Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:**
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for executive-level positions, ensuring a high standard of candidate quality.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool through various channels, including headhunting, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate presentation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
4. **Brand Development:**
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the agency's brand in the market.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create content and campaigns that enhance the agency's visibility and reputation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and mission in all interactions.
**Key Requirements:**
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an executive search or professional services environment.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of securing new clients and generating revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for helping companies grow and succeed through strategic talent acquisition.
