We are a growing engineering consulting company based in Singapore, seeking for a high performing professional to join us as a Civil & Structural Manager.
About You

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible to:
- Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex structure projects / multiple jobs
- Work on structure projects from inception, through strategic planning from concept to detailed design, construction and completion.
- Resourcing effectively to meet budgets and targets
- Lead and manage C&S project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes
- Understand the client’s business and strategic issues in order to ensure successful outcomes and maximise repeat business revenue
- Provide technical advice to team members/colleagues in supporting or leading role and embrace a culture that values teamwork
- In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting
- Respond to client enquiries about technical issues in a way that maximises understanding.
- Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills
- Mentor and coach junior peers across the discipline and delegate appropriately
Pre-Requisites
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with design of multi-storey/high-rise building from a local engineering consulting environment is preferred.
- Local certified Professional Engineer will be an advantage
- Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures.
- Competent user of relevant engineering software.
- Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives
- Able to interact and work with colleagues and member of other consultants at various levels.
