Information:
- Location: Klang
- Salary package: Base salary + Allowance
- Work days: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange booking as per requirement
- Maintains documentation related to shipping activities
- Communicating and liaising with importers, exporters, shipping lines and overseas partners through Email and phone.
- Need follow up closely on every job
Requirements:
- Resourceful, proactive, presentable, and with a positive attitude
- At least 1 year of work experience in the freight forwarding/NVOCC/liner companies
- Good understanding of shipping and logistics, as well as export/import documentation and procedure
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Fluent spoken of Malay will be an additional advantage.
- Basic PC knowledge, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and usage of Microsoft Excel
