*Job Overview:*

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our recruitment efforts and drive student enrollment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for education.


*Key Responsibilities:*


- *Team Leadership:* Supervise, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve recruitment targets. Provide guidance and training to enhance their performance and productivity.

- *Recruitment Strategy:* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and enroll new students. Monitor progress and adjust tactics to meet enrollment goals.

- *Client Engagement:* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families. Provide detailed information about programs, admissions, and the benefits of studying at BizChamp International College.

- *Market Analysis:* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt recruitment strategies. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends.

- *Performance Reporting:* Track and report on recruitment performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

- *Collaboration:* Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to student recruitment and overall institutional goals.


*Qualifications:*


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.

- Familiarity with SMS systems and recruitment tools.

- Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
