Job Scope
- To meet and present creative ideas and problem solving solutions to customers.
- To do space planning, furniture selection, colours and mood board.
- To Work closely with the project team and client during the renovation and construction phase.
- To Understand the renovation process and procedures.
- Need to source materials and create sample boards according to client’s requirements and submission to management.
- To Prepare a precise quotation based on customer design brief and budget.
- To understand both residential and commercial design concept.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Arts.
- Competent in Sketchup, VRay, 3D Max, MS Office, Auto Cad, 3D Studio Max , Adobe Photoshop. Illustrator.
- Creative and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast pace environment.
