Responsibilities:
Facilitate treasury projects by gathering business requirements, ensuring stakeholder communication, and implementing API solutions successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, facilitating workshops and ensuring clarity.
- Analyze and validate requirements, translating them into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, identify issues, and drive resolutions to meet project goals.
- Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and solution delivery.
- Respond promptly to issues by understanding business, operational, and technical needs and recommending solutions.
To excel in this role, you must have involved in managing complex API projects within the Treasury and Markets domain, focusing on FX and equity derivatives.
Skills/Requirement:
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or IT, with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, with strong technical and business knowledge in multi-asset class products.
- Proven experience managing Treasury, Markets, or API projects, with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies; experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and adept at handling multiple projects.
