About the Client:
Our client, a prominent player in the financial services sector, is experiencing a period of growth and is seeking multiple Business Analysts to support various transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
To enhance the in-house application Wealth System by collaborating with stakeholders and applying expert knowledge in Treasury Markets to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Front Office and UX/UI Designers, to gather and validate business requirements.
- Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints, ensuring proper traceability of all requirements.
- Analyze and define interface structures between applications using REST API and KAFKA.
- Act as a bridge between users and technology to deliver well-thought-out solutions.
- Respond promptly to issues with sound business, operational, and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and technical analysis, with at least 5 years of experience and background in related fields.
Skills/Requirement:
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or IT.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge in business and technical subject matters.
- Ability to manage projects independently and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Wealth management users and Agile delivery is advantageous.
