We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce and Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online retail and digital marketing.
As an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern, you will support our online retail and marketing teams in various tasks and projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and learn about e-commerce strategies, digital marketing tactics, and the intricacies of managing an online retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with E-Commerce operations such as planning campaign
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing brand visibility across key platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and our website.
- Work with team with content creation and updates in social media such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS etc.
- Assist in updating online store and to ensure that product information, stock levels, pricing, and promotions are current and accurate on the online store.
- Work with team to conduct analysis
- Assist in the development and enhancement of the e-commerce platform.
- Involve in data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of information on the platform.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance product presentation and visibility on the platform.
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, and operations) to facilitate smooth data integration and operational efficiency.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce/Marketing/Communications/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Social Media apps (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS etc.)
- Basic knowledge in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) will be an added advantage.
- Detail-minded, well organized, self-starter, able to handle multi-task and work under pressure
- Willing to work beyond normal office hour during promotional campaign.
