Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain SCADA systems using Citect Power SCADA for industrial control and monitoring.
- Develop and implement OPC Modbus communication protocols for data exchange between various control devices and SCADA systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA solutions with existing control systems and equipment.
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure efficient SCADA operation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on SCADA system usage and maintenance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SCADA technology and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing SCADA systems, with specific expertise in Citect Power SCADA and OPC Modbus.
- Proficiency in programming and configuring SCADA systems, HMI applications, and PLC integration.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols, especially OPC and Modbus.
- Familiarity with electrical power systems, substations, and industrial automation equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Certification or training in Citect Power SCADA and OPC Modbus is a plus.
