1) Well versed in communication and good in Excel tabulation, and well versed in Pdms/pds/SmartPlant/3D Autocad softwares.
2) Able to generate required piping report for claim based on dia inch
3) Able to verify and tabulate manpower timesheet claim in Excel
4) Able to verify painting claims on Piping as needed through subcontractor submitted report and drawings
5) Provide accuracy in work and on time
6) Able to update records of piping
7) On site verification if needed
8) Verify subcontractor claims and generating progress payment certificates
9) Coordination works for the works as above
10) Work independently
11) Perform other works of verification as required without fail
12) Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
13) 10 years good practical experience in piping engineering.
