Job Description:
- Compile the Project Quality documents as per approved MDR Index and contract requirements.
- Update MDR status to Quality Manager.
- Monitor the scanning of the MDR documents upon approval by the client.
- Establish soft copy of the MDR and provide book marking for each section of the MDR as per client requirement.
- Prepare transmittal and submit MDR to client.
- Verify Sub-Contractor NDT quantity based on NDT summary.
- QAQC Personnel Competency register update.
- Perform other administrative function of the department as advised by Quality Manager/HOD.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Science/Arts
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in document management of projects/Final document compilation
- Must be good in MS Office / Adobe acrobat.
