We offer a range of cutting-edge courses in areas such as Value Engineering, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Green Facilities Management and Building, Solar Panel Technology, and Electric Vehicle (EV) Basic Maintenance & Inspection Course.
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainerto join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise and hands-on experience in green sustainability practices related to our focus areas and have a strong history of delivering impactful, high-quality training. This role encompasses the design, development, and delivery of training programs aimed at empowering individuals and organizations to advance their sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials and curricula for courses on Sustainability Value Engineering, EMS, Green Facilities Management, Solar Panel Technology, and EV Integration.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online, tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.
Expertise Sharing: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in sustainability and green technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.
Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and participant feedback, and make improvements as needed.
Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants, helping them apply what they’ve learned to real-world scenarios.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a training role, specifically within sustainability or green technologies.
In-depth knowledge & Hands-on knowledge of Sustainability Value Engineering, EMS, Green Facilities Management, Solar Panel Technology, and EV Integration.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Experience with e-learning platforms and remote training tools is a plus.
