Our client is a logistics company that provides air, land, and sea to storage to last-mile delivery. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Implementation Specialist to join the team to help to continue delivering exceptional service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding:
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our contract logistics services.
- Develop and manage onboarding timelines, track tasks, and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and customize our systems to meet their needs.
- Respond promptly to customer queries related to WMS and ERP systems.
Process Optimization:
- Partner with the operations team to streamline processes, increase productivity, and reduce operating costs.
- Identify pain points in current operations and develop solutions to improve efficiency from both a system and ground perspective.
- Implement best practices for operational workflows and system usage.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all onboarding activities are aligned with company goals and standards.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to understand their challenges and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in contract logistics, with a strong background in WMS and ERP systems.
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding customers and optimizing logistics operations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and manage timelines, track tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address operational pain points.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and the operations team.
- Proficiency in using WMS and ERP systems, with the ability to customize and troubleshoot as needed.
- Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
