Procurement Assistant (Admin)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Procurement Assistant (Admin) to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience (we will consider someone with no experience) in procurement and administrative tasks, with a strong skillset in Microsoft Excel, administrative duties, interpersonal skills, vendor management, purchasing, supplier relationship management, negotiation, inventory management, and supply chain. He/She must be driven, willing to learn and a team-player.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in procurement activities such as vendor management, purchasing, and negotiation
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage inventory levels and monitor supply chain processes
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
**Requirements:**
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement and administrative roles (No experience can also apply)
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Knowledge of vendor management, purchasing, and supplier relationship management
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage inventory efficiently
- Secondary education or high school qualification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary Range: $2000 to $2500 per month (if suitable, salary will be adjusted after probation period).
