As the Human Resource Team Lead, we are looking for someone who has passionate about what they do, keen to learn, grow and develop with the business. Your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management. This role also oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
You must ensure a productive workplace where everyone works to realize the established mission and objectives. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect.
Job Responsiblites:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and training including payroll.
- Talent acquisitions include end to end recruitment and selection process for both local and remote teams including arranging for interviews and collaborate with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice.
- implementing performance appraisals, training, and feedback across the agency in line with local HR standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diplomaa in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
- CEI holders preferred.
- Preferred candidate with similar industry backgrounds (Construction, Engineering and Oil & Gas).
- People oriented and result driven, able to work independently and strong leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of labour regulations, HR policies, process review, design and systems.
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, with a continuous improvement mindset, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation and able to fufill timeline given.
